The apartments in the Abbaechelu residence have all been recently built and are furnished in a very functional way with Sardinian craftwork décor. The airy luminosity, the intentional simplicity and the crafted fabrics reflect and underline the island’s warm hospitality.
The apartments face the well-planted circular piazza where wooden outdoor showers are available. Their outdoor patios are equipped for eating and relaxing on them and the nearby swimming pool, surrounded by palms, has a reserved area for children in addition to a bar for snacks or breakfast. The apartment kitchens have the necessary utensils for preparing a meal. Since the apartments are in the middle of a pine grove, they are cool and relaxing, and being only 200 meters from the fine sand beach, you can go by foot even with strollers.
The rooms are all on the ground floor (only a three room apartment is on the first floor and a two room apartment, the B4 Junior Suite, has a bedroom on a loft that looks onto the living room). Each apartment has a freezer, refrigerator, safe, unattended but shaded parking place and satellite television. Air conditioning and laundry service are available with extra charge.
Type B4 apartments
They are two room apartments that sleep four and on the ground floor with an equipped patio. Their organization is as follows:

Type B4 junior suite apartments
A large two-room apartment that sleeps four, located on the ground floor with a bedroom on a first floor loft overlooking the living room. There is an equipped patio. Its organization is as follows:

Type C6 apartments
These are three-room apartments that sleep 6 people. There is a ground floor with a patio and a first floor.

The beds are separable on request.
The reception communicates in several languages and will try to satisfy your every need such as helping you book at the best restaurants and all of the infinite activities in the immediate vicinity – golf, motor boat and sailboat rental, outings or enological and gastronomical trips.
A WI-FI zone is available to guests.
Small animals are admitted only on request.
Conditions for the Start and End of the Stay
Check-in: after 5:00 PM and until 8:00 PM;
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Arrivals after 8:00 PM must always be communicated in advance.
Arrivals after 9:00 PM will be subject to a penalty of €25.00, and after midnight, a penalty of €35.00 will apply.
The pool is reserved for Hotel guests. Its use is free from June to September, except in adverse weather conditions, with the following hours: from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The management reserves the right to limit the use of certain services during the low season if the weather conditions, the number of people, or force majeure do not justify their operation.
The following extras are available upon request for a fee:
- Air conditioning: B4 apartments €70.00 per week, B4JS and C6 apartments €100.00 per week.
- Crib + sheets for 0-3 years: €25.00 per week (no charge if brought by the guest, must be booked in advance).
- Washing machine use: €6.00 per 5kg load.
- Small pets: €50 per stay. It is necessary to notify at the time of booking.
- The occupancy of the apartments is strictly limited to the number of available beds.
From April 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Pula applies a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per day, which is not included in the rates.
The tax does not apply to:
- Children under 12 years old;
- Companions of patients in healthcare facilities in the area;
- People and students staying for work or study reasons.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the booking, the following penalties will apply:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total stay price;
- From 29 to 20 days before arrival: 30% of the total stay price;
- From 19 to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay price;
- From 2 days before arrival to no-show: 100% of the total stay price.
